This policy explains how Plugged In Leads collects, uses, and protects information submitted through our website and contractor lead application.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, business address, EV charger installation capabilities, current business needs, and other information you provide. To document submissions and consent, we may also record the submission time, IP address, referring page URL, and the disclosure presented with the consent checkbox.

How we use information

We use this information to review your application, contact you about Plugged In Leads services, determine territory and lead availability, operate and improve the website, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable law.

Calls and text messages

When you affirmatively check the consent box, you authorize the communications described beside that checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and carrier message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. You may also revoke consent through any reasonable method, including emailing us. We process do-not-call and similar revocation requests as soon as practicable and no later than 10 business days.
